Lately I’ve been interested in stretching to increase my flexibility and prevent injuries. A few weeks ago I started doing Professor Jeff’s daily stretching routine, and am really liking it. Not only am I seeing some results with my flexibility, but I also received some added meditative benefits. This series of stretches can also be performed in a meditative manner, so I’m also getting 20 minutes of meditation in with my stretching. Give it a try and see what you think!
