The Portland Fitness Challenges are Free for everyone in the community.  NWFA is committed to promoting health and fitness for all.

In your first session you will:

  • Do some warm-ups and light stretching
  • Learn safe and effective form for the exercises
  • Take your first Portland Fitness Challenge!
  • One of our coaches will help you set a one month improvement goal

The corefit program will help anyone develop an excellent baseline of functional fitness.  At first it takes 15-20 minutes a day, at the highest level only 35 minutes!

All of the exercises use the body’s weight for resistance.  You can do them anywhere, anytime.  No props, no weights, no gyms.

Anybody can start, no matter what your current physical activity level.

Level 1  White Belt – Foundations

Level 2  Blue Belt    – Ready for Action

Level 3  Purple Belt- High Performance

Level 4  Brown Belt- Out in the Lead

Level 5  Black Belt- Body of a Pro Athlete or Fighter

Come back each month to be tested again.  Earn your place on the record board for highest performance at each level in your category.

The Ranking displays the names of the top 3 challengers in each division.  Divisions will be Men’s, Women’s, Under 40 and Over 40.

The Portland Fitness Challenge is held the last Sunday of every month at 6pm.
