Minimum training: 16 classes
Stand Up
Requirements:
Footwork and Stretching:
- Scissor Splits
- Rear Arm Stretch
- Triceps Stretch
- Rhythm Hop (solo, jab)
Offense:
- Standard 4 with Right Knee (Left Kick, Right Straight, Left Hook, Right Knee, Right Kick)
- 5 count Combination plus Standard 4. (9 total movements)
Defense:
- Slip
- Snap Back
- Duck
- Bob-N-Weave
Drills:
- Jab for Jab
- Double for Double
- Cross, Hook to Shoulder Roll and V-Cover
- Stacking Bricks w/ Verbal response on Focus Mitts.
- One round timing sparring random. (including feints, foot jabs, etc)
Jiu Jitsu:
- Shoot to takedown setup
- Armbar from side mount
