These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Northwest Fighting Arts (“NWFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at nwfighting.com and your participation in our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from NWFA, you agree to the following:

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages from NWFA by:

 

  • Providing your phone number when scheduling a free private lesson on our website or by phone
  • Providing your phone number during in-person enrollment or inquiry at our gym
  • Texting START to our designated phone number

 

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from NWFA, including appointment reminders, class updates, schedule notifications, and promotional messages about our programs and services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your program enrollment and engagement. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message frequency may increase around special events, schedule changes, or enrollment periods.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from NWFA. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect your membership or enrollment in any NWFA program.

Costs and Carrier Information

  • Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
  • NWFA is not responsible for any fees or charges from your wireless carrier related to text messaging.

Our messaging service supports most major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage is not guaranteed in all areas.
