Northwest Fighting Arts and Head Instructor Jeff Patterson are here to help you explore the many facets of a martial arts education. NWFA teaches private and group classes. If you want to learn practical self-defense, become physically fit, compete in the combative sports of MMA, Submission Grappling, Kickboxing and Muay Thai, if you want to learn the philosophical applications of the martial arts, or if you want to have a good time while getting a good workout, NWFA’s classes are for you. There are many classes to choose from. You pick what suits your needs. Our current curriculum includes a wide variety of both day and evening classes. The training schedule follows:
- Lameco Eskrima, Kali, Arnis
- Western Boxing
- Muay Thai Kickboxing
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Grappling
- Tai Chi, Hsing-I, Bagua, Qigong and Yichuan

NWFA has 8000sq ft of space for training and holding sessions. Any sessions listed in blue are held in our mat room.
*Participating in Sparring times requires instructor approval. Members can spar in Stick Fighting, Striking, Jiu Jitsu and MMA during all sparring times.
