6. Reach your left hand under the chin of your opponent, and grab your own right hand

7. Make sure you have a tight grip around the neck of your opponent

8. Reach your legs around, and cross them behind your opponent, this puts your opponent back in your guard

9. Pull your own arms towards you, and push your opponent off with your legs

10. This fully applies the choke, giving your opponent no chance to do anything
